10/09/25: Between luxury and money worries
Mozart liked to live luxuriously. He could afford to do so, earning handsome fees as a freelance composer. Nevertheless, Mozart is known to have been in debt, and his begging letters are also famous. On this tour of the Mozarthaus Vienna, we want to take a closer look and get to the bottom of the truth.
11/14/25: Mon Très Cher Père! – My dear son!
He was his teacher, tutor, advisor, manager, and above all, his loving father – November 14 marks the 306th anniversary of Leopold Mozart’s birthday. The close relationship between father and son, which has often been interpreted in very
different ways, is the subject of this special tour, designed by Dr. Ruth Müller.
05.12.25: Mozart’s death – an unsolved case?
What did Mozart die of? Was he poisoned? Was he murdered by Antonio Salieri or even by a Freemason? And who was the mysterious client who commissioned the Requiem? These questions, myths, and legends have been circulating for 234 years – on the anniversary of the immortal musical genius’s death, they will be subjected to a fact check in a special tour designed by Dr. Ruth Müller.
