Schwetzingen Mozart Festival 2026 Focuses on Historic Venues and Internationally Acclaimed Artists

The Schwetzingen Mozart Festival will welcome music lovers from Germany and abroad to the baroque palace grounds from September 25 to October 11, 2026. Under the motto “Mozart Is Never Fully Told,” the festival once again places the combination of world-class chamber music and historic surroundings at the center of its autumn season.

In addition to opera performances at the Rococo Theatre, concerts by renowned ensembles will shape the program. Venues include the palace’s circular halls as well as other historic rooms within the complex.

The line-up features appearances by the Van Baerle Trio, Geister Duo, pianist Simone van Rheeden, the Vogler Quartet, Trio Adorno, Duo StringBreeze, the Ardeo Quartet, and pianists Markus Becker and Florian Hölscher.
